3-production engineer in steel structure factory ( babtin in K.S.A)
• Receiving and revising the work orders including the drawings and load it to the stuff
• Control the fabrication process
• Control sub assembly process
• Control welding process
• Control surface preparation of steel (grinding, sand blasting ,……..etc)
• Control painting process
4-production engineer in machine molding section + in process QC engineer + cost estimation in foundry (Riyadh foundry k.s.a) (castings of steel & cast iron) (3 years)
• Melting shop :- can make any type and grade of steel and cast iron like ( grey cast iron , ductile cast iron , high chrome cast iron, high manganese steel, mild steel, carbon steel…..etc) "adjusting the charge , control the temperature ….etc"
• Control the productivity of molding machine which work according to jolting and squeezing principles.
• Sharing in putting the layout for any product
• Responsible about laboratory and all its activities : determine sand specification , chemical analysis of the metal, specification of the mixture of molding materials and microstructure of the product…..etc)
• Control Q.C activities:-mold hardness, load test, product hardness , surface finishing, dimension…..etc
• Estimate the industrial costs for any product
• Estimate the expected weight for any new product and its industrial costs
